Ticketmaster B2B Rebrand


Project Overview

During my tenure at Ticketmaster, I had the opportunity to lead the creation of the Ticketmaster B2B Brand, a comprehensive brand guide for the Global B2B marketing department. This project was pivotal in establishing a cohesive and professional brand identity for Ticketmaster’s B2B initiatives, ensuring consistent communication and presentation across all platforms and materials.


Objective

The primary goal of the project was to develop a detailed and user-friendly brand guide that would serve as a reference for all internal and external stakeholders involved in B2B marketing. This guide was designed to standardise the visual and verbal identity of Ticketmaster's B2B brand, promoting a unified and professional image.

Process and Collaboration

The development of the brand guide was a collaborative effort involving multiple stakeholders, including the marketing, design, and executive teams. Key steps in the process included:

Research and Analysis:

  • Conducting a thorough analysis of Ticketmaster’s existing brand elements and competitor brands.
  • Gathering input from various departments to understand their needs and challenges.

Concept Development:

  • Creating initial design concepts and drafts for each section of the brand guide.
  • Iterating on feedback from stakeholders to refine the concepts.

Design and Production:

  • Finalising the visual and written content for the brand guide.
  • Ensuring all elements met the highest standards of design and clarity.

Implementation and Training:

  • Distributing the brand guide to all relevant teams and providing training on its use.
  • Establishing a process for ongoing updates and governance of the brand guidelines.

Motion Graphics and Animation

To address Ticketmaster's growing need for video content and the absence of existing guidelines in this area, I developed an animation brand pack. This comprehensive pack included lower thirds, product lockup animations, partnership animations, and motion templates for data visualisation, among other assets. These guidelines ensured that all motion graphics were consistent with the Ticketmaster B2B brand, enhancing the visual appeal and effectiveness of video content across all platforms. This addition not only standardised our approach to video production but also significantly improved the quality and coherence of our animated materials.

Impact

The Ticketmaster B2B Brand Guide has been instrumental in enhancing the professionalism and consistency of Ticketmaster’s B2B marketing efforts. It has provided a clear framework for creating on-brand materials, resulting in stronger brand recognition and trust among clients and partners. Additionally, the guide has streamlined the design process, reducing ambiguities and ensuring high standards across all marketing initiatives.


Conclusion

Leading the creation of the Ticketmaster B2B Brand Guide was a highly rewarding experience that showcased my ability to develop comprehensive branding solutions. This project highlights my skills in brand development, design, and project management, as well as my commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful work that supports business objectives.
