Creating Memorable Experiences: Elevating Events with Cohesive and Captivating Branding.



Global Enterprise Sales Conference


Project Overview

As part of my role at Ticketmaster, I was responsible for the comprehensive event branding for Ticketmaster's annual Global Enterprise Sales Conference. This high-profile event required a cohesive and impactful brand presence across a multitude of print and digital assets. The goal was to create a memorable and engaging experience for attendees that reflected Ticketmaster's brand values and vision.


Concept Development

The project began with an intensive phase of design concept development, taking into consideration that the event was held in vibrant Mexico City. The organisers wanted the branding to reflect the locale's rich culture and energy while aligning with Ticketmaster's corporate identity. I explored various visual themes and directions, incorporating elements that captured the essence of Mexico City. Additionally, the colour palette was carefully chosen to align with our flagship sales product, TM1, ensuring consistency and brand recognition. A central wheel motif, which was a reworking of the TM1 sales cycle, became a key element of the design, symbolising continuity and growth. These concept iterations included different colour palettes, typography, graphic elements, and layout styles, ultimately leading to a design direction that emphasised the high energy of live events.


Design Execution

Once the design direction was approved, I proceeded to create all necessary assets, ensuring a consistent and polished look across all materials. The assets included:

  • Presentation Templates: Designed over 50 customized PowerPoint templates for speakers, ensuring a cohesive visual theme throughout the conference.

  • Signage: Developed various signage elements including banners, directional signs, and informational posters, providing clear and aesthetically pleasing guidance for attendees.

  • Worksheets: Created branded worksheets for interactive sessions, workshops, and note-taking, enhancing the attendee experience and engagement.

  • App Screens: Designed user-friendly screens for the event app, including the home screen, schedule, speaker bios, and maps, ensuring a seamless digital experience.

  • Website: Developed a branded event website with essential information, registration details, schedules, and speaker profiles, providing a comprehensive digital hub for attendees.

  • Welcome Packs: Developed comprehensive welcome packs for attendees, including branded folders, itineraries, name badges, and promotional materials.

Impact

The event branding for Ticketmaster's Global Enterprise Sales Conference was met with overwhelmingly positive feedback. The cohesive and professional design elements enhanced the overall atmosphere of the conference, contributing to a seamless and engaging attendee experience. The consistent application of the brand across all touchpoints not only reinforced Ticketmaster's identity but also elevated the perceived value and professionalism of the event.


Conclusion

Leading the event branding for Ticketmaster's Global Enterprise Sales Conference was a significant project that showcased my ability to handle large-scale branding initiatives from concept to execution. This experience highlights my strengths in design, project management, and my commitment to delivering high-quality, impactful branding solutions.
